碾压混凝土坝温控合理通水方案研究

         

摘要

Combine with the actual situation of dam section NO. 8 of one RCC gravity dam, the temperature field and temperature strength field is calculated by direct finite element method through cooling water pipe. Distribution of temperature and strength filed of concrete around the pipe is analyzed and the scheme for temperature control which demands cooling water as soon as possible and water with variable temperature is adopted. The maximum temperature of concrete will decrease effectively and at the same time cracks around the pipe caused by cooling water will be avoided%结合某碾压混凝土重力坝工程8#坝段的工程实际情况,通过水管冷却效果的有限元单元直接算法,对该坝段进行温度场和温度应力场计算.分析水管周边混凝土温度场及温度应力场分布规律,提出尽早通水及变温通水的温控方案,达到有效降低混凝土最高温度的同时,避免由于通水冷却产生水管周边裂缝.
