Based on the analysis of the factors of influencing traffic congestion, a new prediction algorithm of freeway traffic congestion based on fuzzy recognition is put forward. And the simulation test basically has been carried out to the algorithm. The test results show that the algorithm speed is good in real-time and accuracy, it can be used as credibility gist for management means of traffic control and guidance.%在分析影响交通拥挤因素的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊识别的交通拥挤状态预测算法,并对算法进行了模拟测试.测试结果表明:该算法实时性好,准确性高,可作为高速公路交通控制与诱导等管理手段的可靠依据.
