内混式两相流喷嘴的雾化特性研究

         

摘要

According to correlative theories and conclusions drawn, water .lubricating oil and SDS solutions were used to investigate the influence of operational parameters (pressure , the ratio of gas and liquid) and liquid properties(viscosity, surface tension) on atomization characteristics with a typical form of the internal mixing twin fluid atomizer. Some important conclusions were drawn by experimental data analysis. For example, atomization quality deteriorates with increases in viscosity and surface tension, but viscosity has more effect on atomization quality than surface do. Oh the basis of the investigation, two empirical formula of atomizer fluid flow rate and atomizer for Sauter' s mean drop size was regressed from analysis of a great deal of experimental data. It is proved that the empirical formula are quite accurate in the range of its application.%结合一些相关的理论,以水、润滑油和十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(SDS)溶液作为液体介质,详细地研究了操作参数(压力、气液比)和液体物性(黏度、表面张力)对一种典型的内混式两相流喷嘴雾化特性的影响.通过对实验数据的分析得出了一些重要结论.例如:随液体介质的黏度和表面张力的增加,喷嘴雾化质量逐渐变差,但黏度对雾化质量的负面影响要明显大于表面张力对雾化质量的负面影响.根据大量的实验数据,回归出了内混式雾化喷嘴的雾化粒度的经验关联式.经检验,在适用范围内,该公式具有较高的精度.
