基于GFRFs的模拟电路故障诊断方法

         

摘要

探讨了基于非线性系统的广义频率响应方程GFRFs模拟电路的故障诊断方法.利用三阶GFRFs简化辨识算法分别对中放检波电路中的各级子电路进行GFRFs模型辨识.分析其各阶Volterra核所具有的特点.提出了基于GFRFs的故障特征GF.分析了故障状态与正常状态下其特征的异同.将基于GFRFs的系统辨识方法应用于非线性模拟电路的故障诊断,验证了它在模拟电路故障诊断中的可行性.%A GFRFs-based(Generalized Frequency Response Functions) method for fault diagnosis of analog circuit systems is discussed. Simplified identification algorithm were used to determine the 3-order GFRFs model of the subcircuits of the IF-amplifier and detector circuit, and analyse the characteristics of all the Volterra kernels. Fault features GF based on GFRFs were proposed to analyse the differences of the circuit systems between the fault and normal state. A GFRFs-based method of system identification is applied to fault diagnosis of nonlinear analog circuit, and the feasibility of the method in analog circuit fault diagnosis is verified.
