细胞灌注装置的研制及31P NMR谱测试

         

摘要

In order to improve the stability of the modern agricultural vehicle data communications and realize data visualization, data communication and storage systems based on CAN bus is introduced. In this scheme, three STM32-core processors, PCA82C250 for high-speed transceiver CAN nodes constitute a data communication system , and by transplantation on the processor with the FAT16 file system, reading and writing SD card are visual, and real-time data is collected by each node. The experiments show that in the case of the baud rate of 100 kBps and 500 kBps, the three CAN nodes work smoothly, and data communication is normal. In addition, text document created by the file system on the SD card records the data collected by each node, and data vuulczation is realized.%研制一套细胞灌注装置,将该装置与核磁共振技术联用监测细胞内31P谱.结果表明:本装置温度、流量和压力稳定可控;细胞灌注核磁共振联用方法可在线检测细胞的31P谱,能推测药物作用下细胞内部能量代谢变化.
