为解决塔河奥陶系侧钻井泥岩坍塌问题,选择斜井段扩孔后下入膨胀管对泥岩段进行封固.现场试验采用钻后扩孔,顺利扩至31.26°井斜,并成功下入了437 m膨胀管,实现泥岩段有效封固的同时创造了膨胀管在国内下深和封固段长度两项纪录.系统分析了方案的整体思路和配套工艺技术,并对现场采用的具体技术措施进行了详细阐述,对解决同类问题具有重要指导意义.%In order to sovle the mud collapse problem, a solution of expandable casing with under-reaming technology in curve section is made. In the pilot well, this mud section with 437 m expandable casing within the inclination of 31. 26° is succeed in cementing and made the deepest and longest of expanding casing technology new records as well. The whole solution is systemly analysed and discribed the technical details, which has a guide meaning to handle the same problem.
