乘用车子午线轮胎滚动阻力的有限元仿真分析

         

摘要

运用ABAQUS软件对185/60R15、205/55R16和225/50R17三种常用乘用车子午线轮胎的滚动阻力进行了仿真分析.讨论了各个材料组成部分对轮胎滚动阻力的影响.为提高计算效率,在仿真模型中利用边界约束取代轮胎与轮辋的装配.轮胎模型运用加强筋单元模拟轮胎复合材料的帘线结构,Yeoh材料模型描述橡胶材料,以获得不同结构、不同材料特性的轮胎在标准负荷和胎压下的滚动阻力.三个轮胎的仿真结果与转鼓试验的一致性表明,有限元方法可以对乘用车轮胎的滚动阻力进行有效的仿真评价.%The rolling resistance of three kinds of tires (185/60R15, 205/55R16 and 225/50R17) that are commonly used in passenger vehicles is analyzed with ABAQUS and so is the influence of rolling resistance on each part of material of these tires. To improve computation efficiency, tire assembly is replaced by boundary constraint. In tire models, the rubber-cord material is simulated by the rebar element and rubber is described by Yeoh material model, so as to calculate rolling resistance with different structures and material properties under the standard load and tire pressure. The simulation results of these tires are in agreement with the test, which indicates the Finite Element method to predict tire rolling resistance of passenger vehicles in this paper is reliable.
