Using ADS software and model of the chip from Free scale, The circuit simulation of bias circuit and matching network has been finished. Optimizing the simulation of the amplifier and getting the analysis of linearity, efficiency, gain, 1 dB compression point and ACPR. At last, an analysis of the advantages of class AB balance amplifier compared with the one-tube amplifier is given.
