大型油船上层建筑整体吊装强度有限元分析

         

摘要

利用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对115 000载重吨原油船上层建筑前岛结构进行了在吊装前、吊装时等四种工况下的吊装强度有限元直接计算.通过计算得到吊装引起的油船上层建筑的结构响应,并计算分析了吊排的响应.根据结构响应的特点提出了合理有效的结构加强措施.数据结果表明通过结构局部加强,有效地降低了上层建筑吊装过程中的结构变形,保障了上层建筑吊装的顺利完成.%Utilizing the software MSC. Patran/Nastran, the FE analysis of the response of 115 000 DWT tanker' s superstructure under the cases of before lifting and mounting and the complete lifting and mounting and other conditions are performed. The response of superstructure caused by lifting and mounting is obtained by combining the analyzed results. The response of hanger is also obtained by FE analysis. According to the characteristics of the response of superstructure, available measures can be put forward to strengthen the structure, which can reduce structural deformation of the superstructure and ensure successful complete lifting and mounting.
