Basing on calculation of the amount of industrial carbon emission in China, industrial carbon emission and its' factors by using the grey slope-correlation model on the perspective of environmental regulation are analyzed, and the degrees of grey slope-correlation are calculated. The study shows that technological innovation, recycle economy and environmental regulation have greater impact on carbon emission. The degrees of grey slope-correlation are all more than 80%. So the paper proposes as follows: strengthening technological innovation, promoting optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, developing recycle economy and improving environmental regulation polices, and so on.%在计算我国工业碳排量的基础上,从环境规制的视角对我国工业碳排放及其影响因素进行了灰关联分析,计算碳排放系统相关因素的灰色斜率关联度.研究发现技术创新、循环经济和环境规制对工业碳排放产生较大的影响,其灰色斜率关联度都达到80%以上.针对我国工业能源消耗和碳排放的趋势以及灰关联分析,提出应鼓励技术创新,促进工业结构优化升级和转移、促进循环经济的发展,以及完善和有效利用环境规制政策工具等政策建议,为我国发展低碳经济服务.
