应用八级杆碰撞反应池技术电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化妆品中17种有害元素

         

摘要

样品在硝酸及少量双氧水中,采用微波消解前处理,应用碰撞反应池技术电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定化妆品中铍、硼、铝、钛、铬、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、锡、锑、碘、钕、汞、铊和铅等17种有害元素,通过样品前处理和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定时条件的选择,消除了质谱干扰和基体效应,各元素的检出限(3S)在0.001~0.121 mg·kg-1,仪器精密度(n=11)在0.64%~8.35%之间,方法精密度(n=11)在1.52%~8.46%之间,17种元素的加标回收率在87.28%~119.06%范围内.%Samples of cosmetics were dissolved by digestion with HNO3 and a small amount of H2O2 in the CEM Mars XP Microwave digester, and the solutions obtained after dilution to a definite volume were used for ICP-MS with collision/reaction system determination of Be, B, Al, Ti, Cr, Zn, As, Se, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, I, Nd, Hg, TI and Pb. Analytical conditions of ICP-MS were optimized in quantification to afford elimination of mass spectrum interferences and matrix effect interferences. Detection limits (3S) of the 17 harmful elements determined were determined and the values obtained were in the range of 0.001 to 0. 121 mg . kg-1 , precision of the instrument operated under the prescribed parameters, and of the method of sample analysis were tested, giving values of RSD ( n =11 ) in the ranges of 0.64% ~ 8.35% and 1.52% ~ 8.46% respectively. Tests for recovery of 17 harmful elements are given values in the range of 87.28% ~ 119.06%.
