按照建筑工程中的最低价中标法,运用博弈论中的不完全信息的贝叶斯纳什均衡对招投标过程中如何针对竞争对手情况来确定投标报价的问题进行了分析与研究.在效用函数引入风险偏好系数的情况下得到了投标者的最优报价策略;并在风险系数不同的情况下讨论了投标人的风险态度对投标策略的影响.还给出了表达较为简单的最优投标策略模型.同时针对投标人合谋问题讨论了招标人最优保留价设置所应该满足的条件,并利用次序统计量得出一种相对简单的保留价设置条件.最后对所得结果进行了算例分析.所得结论对实际建筑工程项目的招投标具有一定的现实指导意义.%According the lowest price bidding method of the construction, the bidding price problems were analyzed and discussed on the information of competitors by using the Bayes-Nash equilibrium of incomplete information game. The optimal bidding strategies were obtained under introduced risk preference coefficient of the utility function. And in the different risk coefficient situations, influence of the bidder's risk attitude toward bidding strategies was discussed. It also gave the simple expression of optimal bidding strategies model. And aimed at bidders' collusion problems, condition which the optimal reserve price should meet is obtained. And a relatively simple reserve price setting conditions is discussed by using order statistic. Finally the example is analyzed. The conclusions have certain directive significance for the actual building project bid.
