In order to monitor the running status of the substation equipment and improve capacity of the reflection of the computer which work for station equipment, this design a new analysis system is used, the existing video surveillance system, combined with VB image recognition technology. The RGB of the image is analysed, automatically to monitor the state fo substation equipment outdoor, detecting of problems on time, improving the visibility and reliability of the system operation.%为了更好监控变电站户外设备运行状态,提高计算机对站内设备工作状态的自动处理和反映能力,设计出一套新型分析系统.通过现有的视频监控系统,结合VB图像识别技术,分析图像的三原色,对变电站户外设备实时自动监控,及时发现问题,发出警报,从而提高了系统操作的可见性及可靠性.
