With the fast development in civil aviation industry, pilots are increased in short supply, which leads to high pressure on flight training. It is necessary to optimize the duty roster for flight instructors and establish a rostering model of flight training. A fair and balanced rostering model will take flight instructor' s willingness and flight duty time limitations into consideration. A multi-objective model of rostering for flight training is provided, and discussed the solution of the model.%随着近年来民航业的高速发展,对飞行员的需求日益增长,飞行训练的压力越来越大.构建飞行训练排班模型,利用优化技术实现飞行教员排班的迫切性日益显著.在考虑排班的公平性、均衡性,在满足飞行教员意愿、符合法规对飞行教员飞行时间限制的基础上,构建了飞行训练排班的多目标模型,并对该模型的求解进行了讨论.
