That the influence of the different heat treatment processes on the 304 austenitic stainless steel organization and performance is studied. Through the 304 austenitic stainless steel quench processing by heating up to 1 050℃ , keeping 30 min, then cooling respectively in water and in the air, it is concluded that both of metallo-graphic structure are for single-phase austenitic, the hardness of stainless steel by cooling in water can achieve higher than that by cooling in air. This shows 304 austenitic stainless steel can obtain more interior stress by water-cooling. Through the raw material sensitized respectively by heating up to 650 ℃ for 60 min and by heating up to 800℃ for 60 min, intergranular corrosion is more likely to occur at 800 ℃ for 60 min. Therefore, when 304 stainless steel heat treatment it should be avoided to stay longer at high temperature in sensitization temperature interval.%研究了不同热处理工艺对304奥氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响.304奥氏体不锈钢试块进行1 050℃保温30 min固溶处理,分别在水中和在空气中冷却.结果发现得出组织均为单相奥氏体,水中冷却不锈铜硬度更高,说明水冷后获得更大的内应力.原材料进行650℃保温60 min敏化处理和800℃保温60 min敏化处理,对比得出在800℃保温60 min时更容易发生晶间腐蚀.因此,304不锈钢热处理时应避免在敏化温度区间内较高温度停留较长的时间.
