稠油定向井加重杆及扶正器优化设计

         

摘要

定向井由于受到井身轨迹的影响,在实施有杆泵抽油时,会发生严重的偏磨现象.合理的加重杆及扶正器设计,成为定向井防偏磨重要的手段.基于对定向井抽油杆微元段受力分析、泵端受力分析,编制了定向井加重杆-扶正器间距设计程序.对现场定向井进行了加重杆扶正器设计演算,能够确定最优加重杆长度,实现扶正器间距设计.输出抽油杆轴向力及侧向力的分布结果,确定定向井偏磨多发的部位,表明该方法合理可靠,有现场应用价值.%Duing to the changes in the well trajectory, directional friction of sucker rods and tubings will occuer in oil production, so the design of heavier rods and the setting position of centralizers are more important for directional wells; Directional well sucker rod stress calculations are completed, basing on the interpolation of directional well trajectory, micro-element stress analysis and the pump-side stress analysis, and developed heavier rod and cen- . Tralizer design process. The design process can output rod axial force and lateral force, and then, can determine the optimal length of heavier rods, the setting position of centralizer distribution and directional friction well section. The calculation results indicate that the method is reasonable and reliable for on-site application.
