基于PMU的暂态稳定自愈控制

         

摘要

A self-healing control method of transient stability based on PMU (Phase Measurement Unit) is presented. It simulates the system off-line for varies faults and records the none-stability rotor angle trajectories, then computes the characteristic of the trajectories sets by means of clusters and generates the perturbed trajectory pattern database. It utilizes the data uploaded by WAMS, combines with the perturbed trajectory pattern database, and the stability of the generator is gotten. Cuts the generator if the none-stability time is less than a specific value, else starts the self-healing control method. Taking the New England test system for example, the effectiveness and advanced property of the presented method are proved.%提出了一种基于相量测量单元(PMU)的暂态稳定自愈控制方法.该方法首先对系统进行离线仿真,记录失稳发电机在受扰情况下偏离电气故障中心的距离.对不稳定的功角曲线进行聚类并提取特征曲线,生成失稳发电机的受扰轨迹模式库.利用发电机的广域测量短时上传数据,结合受扰轨迹模式库,判断该发电机的稳定性.如果该发电机失稳时间小于特定值,则将该发电机切除.如果该发电机失稳时间大于特定值,则启动自愈控制策略,切除部分发电机容量,以保证系统稳定运行.以新英格兰节点测试系统为例,证明了该方法的有效性和合理性.
