分离器筒壁压制大量成型孔,外形、尺寸位置要求复杂,定位困难.通过工艺分析,给出了板料预弯卷圆压形工序中压形模具的设计思想、结构和工作过程的设计要点.提出各主要工序成形技术难点及解决措施.完善了模具设计、制造和应用,达到产品设计和使用要求.%According to the comprehensive analysis of geological characteristics of the Yinchanggou-Qiluogou lead-zinc deposits, the indicator elements combination of Yinchanggou-Qiluogou lead-zinc deposits by the methods of partial correlation, R-cluster and R-factor analysis are discussed. Through comprehensive analysis of this metal-logenic indicator elements, the results indicate that this area of lead-zinc enrichment mineralization is closely related to the amount of As, Co, Nb, Tl, Pb, Bi, Ga, Sb, Sn, Ti, V, Mo, Ge, Zn, Ba, Cd. The results indicate that ore-forming environment is in a middle-low temperature condition; ore-forming has multi-stage and complexity, and the ore-forming material is a multi-source.
