To improve production efficiency of a juice factory in Dalian, ensure production safety , taking the control system of five-effect falling film evaporators as engineering background, has designed the control system structure. With Siemens WinCC configuration being development environment, it has configured the upper and lower machine' communication, has some functions of dynamic displaying & operating, reflects technological process of the system diagram & the Titian system, and has achieved the remote control operations of the field devices on the screen, reflected it' s operation condition. It has the capable of painting the pressure-time curve of five effect. Through the friendly interface, it has set the user ' s permission, the function of danger alarming, etc, the labor intensity has get easier and increases the work efficiency.%为了提高大连某果汁厂的生产效率,确保生产的安全,以果汁厂的五效降膜蒸发器控制系统工程为背景,设计了控制系统的结构.运用西门子组态软件WinCC开发了监控系统,组态了上下位机的通讯.该系统具有实时动态显示和操作功能,能够实现果汁厂系统图、提香系统的工艺流程,并能实现对现场设备的远程操作控制,反映现场设备的运行情况.另外,能够描绘五效压力-时间变化曲线,通过其友好的界面,设置用户权限、报警提示等,减轻了劳动强度,提高了生产效率.
