Conducted research on aspects like method for concrete compressive strength inspection and structural checking computation during the practical implement of safety evaluation on existing buildings, in regard to thecurrent status of non-uniform and random method being used on building health diagnoses, with an example of apractical project. The result shows that in quality inspection for existing buildings, reasonable quantity and positionof inspected component should be selected according to specific condition of the project; and in structural checkingcomputation, safety should be taken into account for choice of the material strength value and the component reinforcement amount.%针对目前在既有建筑物健康诊断过程中所采用的方法不统一、具有一定随机性的现状,结合某工程的实践,对安全性评定的具体实施中混凝土强度检测、结构复核验算方法等方面进行了探讨.研究结果表明,在建筑物结构健康诊断过程中,进行工程质量检测时应根据工程的具体情况,选取合理的检测构件数量及构件内力较小的位置;结构复核验算时应从安全的角度考虑,选取材料强度及构件配筋量.
