based on turbulence flow mathematical model, heat density of high pressure gas quenching was calculated by FVM software FLUENT. Nitrogen material properties changed by temperature and pressure, metal radia tion changed by temperature are all considered. Calculation shows that different metal surface has different heat density because of different convection, and gas pressure has big influence to heat density of gas quenching.%基于湍流的数学模型,用FVM软件FLUENT计算了高压气体淬火过程金属表面的热流密度.计算中考虑了物性参数随温度和压强的变化,以及金属表面辐射随温度变化对换热的影响.计算表明金属的各表面由于对流情况的不同而有不同的换热系数,气压对气淬金属换热有较大的影响.
