基于表面预处理的生物陶粒污水处理性能的试验研究

         

摘要

The bio-ceramic plays an important role in sewage.treatment technology by biological contact oxidation. In order to improve the effect of bio-film, the bio-ceramic which diameter is about 15 mm, and is pre-treated, that is, its surface is polished or grinded with ring. Through observation by electronic microscope,it shows that the micro-pore is exploded after the bio surface is fully polished; thus the average pore size of fully polished bio-ceramic will become five times than that of unpolished. Then the soakage and sewage treatment experiment are finished; the results show that the polish treatment makes the surface coarser, thus the water content ratio will increase by 16%. Also because the bio-ceramic grinded with ring has a mixed transition of polished and unpolished, which can store water, thus its water content ratio will increase by 25%. Simultaneously,the coarse surface will enhance the microbial adhesion. In sewage treatment, the removal ratio of CODCr and NH3-N will increase by 2%~3%. For the bio-ceramic that grinded with ring, the unique mixed area can resist hydraulic shear stress, and avoid surface friction, thus it has the best removal effect in the two pre-treated surface method, its removal ratio of CODCr and NH3-N can increase by 7%~9%.%生物陶粒是生物接触氧化污水处理技术的重要材料,为了进一步提高生物陶粒的挂膜效果,对直径15 mm左右的生物陶粒进行两种表面预处理,即表面全磨光和表面磨环.电镜扫描显示,表面预处理后,全磨光的生物陶粒将原来隐藏的微孔显露出来,平均孔径增大5倍左右.进行浸润试验和生活污水处理试验结果显示,全磨光的生物陶粒由于表面更粗糙,表面积增大,其含水率增加16%;磨环的生物陶粒由于存在有磨光与未磨的交界部分,便于水储存,其含水率增加25%.与此同时,粗糙的表面也增加了对微生物的吸附,其污水处理的CODCr和NH3-N的去除率增加2%~3%,而磨环的生物陶粒具有一些抵抗水力剪切、避免表面摩擦的区域,使得处理效果更好,污水处理的CODCr和NH3-N的去除率增加7%~9%.
