海藻资源制取纤维及深加工关键技术开发

         

摘要

The project aims at seaweed chemical industry sustainable development, and spinning preparation and application technology innovation of alginate fibers. The project was simultaneously carried out from two aspects, namely, the aspect of key technology improvement of fiber-grade sodium alginate extraction and alginate fiber spinning, and the aspect of technology integration and the industrialized demonstration of spinning preparation. By aiming at the special requirements of alginate fiber spinning preparation for sodium alginate technical indexes, aiming at the complexity of fiber spinning and the complexity of textile processing and application, combining the existing pilot-scale study foundation, taking quality of fiber-grade sodium alginate products and alginate fiber products, energy conservation and emission reduction, and the industrialized key technology improvement as main investigation indexes, and focusing on carrying out in-depth study and system integration from three aspects, namely, the aspect of the key technology of fiber-grade sodium alginate, the aspect of spinning preparation technology integration and the industrialized demonstration, and the aspect of textile processing and application; a batch of national invention patents are formed, a batch of important independent innovation achievements are achieved, and therefore technical reserves are provided for technical transformation and industrial upgrading of the alga chemical industry and the fiber textile industry, energy conservation and emission reduction, and the improvement of the overall industrial technological level. A series of national and industrial production technical standards are formed, and therefore technical support is provided for the sustainable development of the alga chemical industry and the fiber textile industry. Several cooperative enterprises are combined to establish the Qingdao Kang Tong Ocean Fiber Co., Ltd which is special for carrying out industrial production and product promotion and popularization of alginate fibers. Great progress has been made from the aspects of breakthroughs of the key technology, application and development of fiber products, equipment research and development, the establishment of industrialized production lines and the fundamental research. The research team have improved the key technology of fiber-grade sodium alginate in cooperation with the cooperative enterprises. The transformation of fiber-grade sodium alginate production demonstration lines has been completed and normal production is achieved, wherein the production capacity of the production demonstration lines can reach 1000 tons per year; meanwhile, on the basis of perfecting the technology of dissolution, filtration, de-foam and the like, the construction of workshops and matched infrastructures of the alginate fiber production lines has been completed too, wherein the production capacity of the workshops and the infrastructures can reach 800 tons per year; Development and model selection of main fiber production equipment have been completed, installing and debugging of the alginate fiber industrialized production lines have been completed, and preparation for feeding and producing of alginate fibers have been made; development, popularization and application of alginate fiber functional textiles were carried out by means of collaboration between the collaborative enterprises and our company, and therefore types of special functional textiles were developed for the army and flame-retardant. The project was simultaneously carried out in three paths, namely, the path of research and industrialization of fiber-grade sodium alginate, the path of preparation research and industrialization of alginate fibers, and the path of application and development of alginate fiber textiles, wherein the project takes the 800-ton alginate fiber production line construction as the key link of the three paths, the special raw material foundation is provided for the alginate fiber production line construction through the combination with the 1000-ton fiber-grade sodium alginate production lines, various types of good performance of alginate fibers is brought into full play through the combination of an alginate fiber development and application platform, and the all-aspect application environment is provided.%该研究以海藻化工可持续发展及海藻纤维纺丝成形和应用技术创新为目标,从海藻纤维纺丝成形和纤维级原料提取关键技术研发完善、技术集成与产业化示范两个层面开展研究。针对海藻纤维纺丝成形对海藻酸钠技术指标的特殊要求以及纤维纺丝成形、纺织加工与应用的复杂性,结合已有的中试研究基础,以纤维级海藻酸钠和海藻纤维产品质量、节能减排及产业化关键技术完善为主要考察指标,重点在纤维级海藻酸钠提取关键技术、纺丝成形技术集成与产业化示范、纺织加工应用示范等三个方面进行深入研究和系统集成,形成一批国家发明专利,获得一批重要的自主创新技术成果,为海藻化工和纤维纺织行业技术改造与产业升级、节能减排及提高行业总体技术水平提供技术储备。形成一系列国家和行业技术标准,为海藻产业和纤维纺织产业的可持续发展提供技术支撑。我们与多家协作企业联合成立了“青岛康通海洋纤维有限公司”,专门开展海藻纤维的工业化生产及产品推广应用。在关键技术的突破、纤维产品的应用开发、设备研发和采购、产业化生产线的建设以及基础研究方面都取得了较大的进展。与协作企业合作完善纤维级海藻酸钠原料关键技术,改造建设年产千吨纤维级海藻酸钠生产示范线,并实现正常生产,产能达到1000吨/年;解决完善溶解、过滤、脱泡等工艺技术;完成了800吨/年海藻纤维生产示范线的生产厂房、配套基础设施的建设,完成了纤维主要生产设备的研制、选型,完成了海藻纤维产业化生产线的安装调试工作,做好了海藻纤维的投料、生产准备;与协作企业开展了海藻纤维功能纺织品的开发和推广应用,开发出多种军队、消防用特种功能性纺织品。本研究主要从纤维级海藻酸钠的研究及产业化、海藻纤维的制备研究及产业化和海藻纤维纺织品应用开发三条路线同时开展。其中,项目以800吨海藻纤维生产线建设为三条线路的中心环节,结合1000吨纤维级海藻酸钠生产线为海藻纤维生产线建设提供专用的原料基础,结合海藻纤维开发应用平台充分开发海藻纤维的各种优良性能,提供了全方面的应用环境。
