Abstact:In this paper, we mainly use the monotonicity of function, function of differential mean value theorem of analytic function with the degree of polynomial, and use Rouche theorem by relation from real functions and analytic functions. This paper gives the three methods, we only use teaching reference.%主要利用函数的单调性、函数微分中值定理与次数以及结合解析函数的儒歇定理讨论实函数在某区间根的个数。该文给出这三种解题方法，来说明如何在高等数学的教学中培养学生的类推与归纳总结能力，谨仅供教学参考。
