Analysis of the main problems in the current bidding my views andsuggestions,and thus draw the following conclusions=Quantities tender model can adapt to the needs of the market economy development,and ultimately the current amount of control,and competition costs,the market price ＂ pricing to control the amount of release price byenterprises offer,and ultimarely by the marker price of the advanced pricing changes.%长期以来,我国工程造价的管理,都是按照传统的定额模式进行计价,实行的是与高度集中的计划经济相适应的概预算定额管理制度。随着我国由计划经济向市场经济转轨,建设工程造价的计价模式也逐步从定额计价模式向清单计价模式转变。本文从工程量清单招标模式现状谈起,简要论述了我国招标工作的发展历程。通过针对当前招投标工作中存在的主要问题分析,提出了本人的看法与建议,并由此得出如下结论：工程量招标模式能够顺应市场经济发展的需要,最终实现目前的＂控制量,竞争费,市场形成价格＂计价方式向＂控制量,放开价,由企业自主报价,最终由市场形成价格＂这一先进计价方式转变。
