随着现代化大型煤矿矿井的发展,皮带输送机作为一种输送设备广泛应用于矿山、港口、火力发电厂及建材等行业,是应用最广泛的输送设备之一。由于煤矿井下环境潮湿,皮带机在井下使用时,容易锈蚀,加之煤尘、煤泥浸蚀造成滚筒表面磨坏或破裂,导致滚筒使用周期缩短。本文针对这一现象,对滚筒进行修复,提高滚筒的使用寿命,节省材料,降低矿井生产成本。%with the development of modern large coal mine,belt conveyor as a conveying equipment widely used in mines,ports,power plants and building materials industries,is the most widely used of conveying equipment.As the coal mine environment of damp, belt machine in mine use,easy corrosion,together with coal dust caused by erosion,slime drum surface worn out or broken,leading to cylinder cycle. This article in view of this phenomenon,the roller repair,raise the service life,saving material,reducing production cost of mine.
