该文结合工作实践，分析核电项目设计进度管理现状，指出进度管理中存在管理分散化，信息沟通不畅，进度评价方法单一，覆盖信息不全面等问题，并针对这些问题提出优化建议，包括统一项目管理语言，建立工作分解结构并进行信息化编码，利用信息化平台实现设计进度一体化管理。在进度评价方面，借鉴赢得值管理思想，提出设计进度定量评价的方法，并结合实际情况对定量评估模型进行了简化，计算得出的进度数据接近项目实际进展状态。%Based on practice,analyzed the current situation of progress management in nuclear power plant projects,pointed out that there were some problems in design schedule management,such as decentralization,poor communication and incomprehensive evaluation method.Put forward proposal for these issues and made an introduction of integrated management in designing and schedule based on informationization platform.On the respect of progress evaluation,the quantitative method was proposed after making reference to EVM concept,and the analysis result was closer to the actual state of progress.
