Strategic emerging industry is now in the early stage of industrial development, in which technological innovation is vital to its development. The paper studies the cultivating problems about strategic emerging industry from the perspective of industrial technological ecology. That is to say, cultivating about industrial technological ecology of strategic emerging industry is exploded from two aspects: technology factors and environment factors.
