With the diversification and complicating of the domestic and international economic situation, Wuxi is seeking the development of industry economic transition, and the manufacturing industry is facing the new challenge and opportunity. It has become the focus that the manufacturing companies of Wuxi have to deepen the implement and application of ERP, take the road to cooperate production and lean production, and aid with the " merger" of Wuxi' s informationization and industrialization. The article makes invtestigations to the current situation of ERP in manufacturing companies of Wuxi, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems.
