当前我国军民结合公共服务体系尚不完善,尤其体现在军民两用技术转化渠道不畅通、信息难共享等方面,已成为我国进一步推进军民结合工作的主要障碍之一.因此,有必要研究如何构建军民结合公共服务体系.就构建军民结合公共服务体系的必要性及意义,军民结合公共服务体系的内涵、内容构成、建设目标、建设主体等问题展开了初步探讨,提出了构建我国军民结合公共服务体系的总体建设思路.%China's current public service system for Civil-Military Integration (CMI) is not perfect yet. The most prominent problem lies in that the channel of military and civil technology conversion channel is blocked, and information sharing is often difficult. It has been one of obstacles to further promotion of the CMI in China. Therefore, it is very necessary to build up and consummate the public service system for CMI. This study analyzed the significance of consummating the public service system for CMI in China, and described the concept mode of the system. A solution to construct a whole public service system for CMI was proposed. Some issues such as the objective, contents, structure of the system, and potential participators involved in system building were discussed.
