Using survey data collected in 2010 at Haidian district, this paper analysis the re-employment willingness and its factor, then this paper find that more than twenty percent of the old willing to be employed, more than ten percent of the old?whether or not to work with a non-so-called attitude, almost two-thirds of the old will not be re employed. The factors of?re-employment include gender, age, education, marriage, account status, economic self rating and the economic status of children.%利用2010年在北京市海淀区的调查数据分析了老年人再就业的意愿及其影响因素,研究发现超过两成的老年人愿意再就业,超过一成的老人对于是否再就业抱着无所谓的态度,接近三分之二的老人表示不会再就业.对老年人再就业的影响因素分析发现,性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、户口状况、经济自评状况、子女经济状况等因素对于老年人的再就业意愿有显著影响.
