核电厂风机振动故障分析与处理

         

摘要

海南昌江核电厂通风系统自投运以来,已出现多起风机振动超标故障,风机振动超标将促使轴承、皮带等零部件加速磨损,严重时还会导致叶轮发生断裂,影响厂房通风。为了保证风机在触发振动高报警时,振动故障能得到及时有效地处理,避免风机因持续高振动造成其零部件磨损,针对以往发生的振动故障进行了分类分析,总结了风机振动故障常见的处理方法,从根本上解决振动问题,对今后风机振动故障的处理起着借鉴作用。%Hainan Changjiang nuclear power plant ventilation system since it has been put into operation, there have been much wind machine vibration overproof, fan vibration exceeding the urges the bearing, accelerated wear belts and other parts, serious when will lead to fracture of the impeller, influence plant ventilation. In order to ensure the fan in vibration trigger high alarm, vibration fault can be dealt with promptly and effectively, avoid fan due to sustained high vibration caused by the abrasion of parts and components, in view of the vibration fault occurred in the past were classified analysis, summed up the fan vibration fault processing method, from the fundamental solution to the problem of vibration, the future fan vibration fault plays a reference role.
