Using the data of crimes in Wenzhou in recent 20 years, we analyze its indicators, inner relation and law. First, we apply linear regression analysis and principal component analysis (PCA ) to get the elements of the form of criminal case which were occurred and the relationship between the data of criminal offender and the data of gender, age, degree of education and native place. Then we get important links between the data of age, degree of education and native place and the data of robbery, fraud and theft, using correlation analysis. Finally, we use time series analysis to predict the trend of crime in terms of age and test predictive value which obtains good results .These results have theoretic importance on guiding public security organs to work on striking crimes.% 本文选定温州近20年来全市刑事发案数据作为样本，对其指标及内在联系和规律进行科学分析。首先运用主成分和线性回归分析得出刑事案件发案类型的组成要素和刑事违法人员与年龄、文化程度的关系。然后运用相关性分析法获得年龄段、文化程度、户籍与两抢、盗窃、诈骗三类数据之间的重要关联。最后，运用时间序列分析的方法，从年龄段这方面预测了犯罪趋势，并对预测值进行检验，取得了较好的实验结果，对于指导公安打击犯罪工作有重要的理论意义。
