In this article, based on the analysis of the geophysical data and investigated the foundation of the North Yang coal mine goaf area in Shandong Zichuan, we elaborated the stability evaluation method for goaf foundation, and put forward some construction measures. The method provided useful reference for the city construction on the foundation of goaf.%本文通过对山东淄川区北杨片区煤矿采空区拟新建建筑的地基勘察、物探资料进行分析，结合煤矿采空区的地质条件及工作经验，全面阐述了采空区新建建筑物地基稳定性评价方法，并提出采空区工程建设的注意事项及建筑措施。通过对这些问题的解决，对采空区地基稳定性进行了初探，为采空区的城市建设提供有益的参考。
