The engineering example shows that composite grouting on pile side and pile end adopted in the grouting construction technology of the bored piles has a remarkable effect on improving the bearing capacity of pile. In this paper, we summarized the technological process and other related requirements and ensuring measures of it, which can provide some reference for the similar projects.%本工程实例表明，在后压浆钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺中采用桩侧与桩端复合压浆，对提高桩体的承载力有显著的作用，同时本文总结了该工艺流程等相关要求及保证措施，为类似工程提供一定的参考经验。
