In daily activities, we need a mental mirror to carry out a consistent discrimination, confirmation and thinking from the valuable layer. The paper explores the professional entrances and the effective ways to sublimate the mental culture, stand out the systematic culture, refine the material culture, promote behavior culture and gives out the effective way to refine the cultural spirit of maternal and child health care.
