建设智慧城市，是当今世界城市发展的前沿趋势，是转变经济发展方式、提升城市功能品质、更好地保障和改善民生的重大举措。本文在对智慧城市基本内涵认识的基础上，分析了加快智慧成都建设对提升其“首位城市”作用的现实意义，阐述了智慧城市建设的成都实践及不足之处，提出了加快智慧成都建设，提升“首位城市”作用的重点任务。%Construction of smart city is the developing trend of the cities around the world. It can benefit the transformation of economic pattern, promotion of urban function and improvement of the livelihood of the people. In this paper, the construction of smart city and the improvement of the primate city in Chengdu were analyzed and strategies were proposed to speed up the construction of Chengdu.
