By calculating the minimum displacement pressure gradient between injection and production wells, we established a theoretical possibility of injection-production relationship. Combined with the results from interference test, the actual injection and production effect was analyzed. It indicated that the distribution and change of displacement pressure gradient between injection and production wells can help to determine the rational distance between wells, and to establish effective injection and production well network effectively.%低渗透油藏注水开发方式下，只有当注采井间的驱替压力梯度完全克服启动压力梯度后，有效的注采关系才能建立。本文通过对Y22注采区块的研究，计算了各注采井间的最小驱替压力梯度，从理论上确定了建立注采关系的可能性，并结合干扰试井结果，分析了实际注采效果的原因。分析表明，研究注水井和生产井之间驱替压力梯度的分布和变化，对确定合理的注采井距，建立有效的注采井网，合理开发渗透油藏具有直接的指导意义。
