通过分析龙岩某商住小区场地的工程地质条件，并根据现场试桩结果和单桩竖向抗压静载试验成果进行优化，采用经济合理的基础形式和地基处理方案，缩短了施工工期，节省了工程造价，取得了较好的经济效益。%By analyzing the geological conditions of a commercial and residential quarter of Longyan, we optimized the results from the test pile and compression resistance test for single pile static loading, and adopted the economic and reasonable foundation treatment scheme to shorten the construction period and save costs, which achieved good economic benefits.
