Objective To study the synthesis of milrinone and observe its activity in vitro. Methods Using the acetylation reaction, condensation reaction and cyclization reaction to synthesize milrinone,and in vitro perfusion method was used to observe the effects of milrinone on heart failure. Results It was confirmed by analytical test that products structure was consistent with the structural formula, and the effects of milrinone on heart failure in vitro were dose dependent(P<0.05). Conclusion The synthetic process is reasonable and raw material is cheap. The effects on heart failure are good as well.%为探讨米力农的合成并观察其体外活性,运用乙酰化反应、缩合反应和环化反应合成了米力农,并采用离体灌流方法观察米力农对心力衰竭的作用.经解析确证试制品结构与所示结构式一致,体外实验呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05).所用合成工艺合理可行,原料价廉易得,体外效果良好.
