It is very effective way to solve this problem via advantages of other disciplines to inverse interpretation in short time period. In this paper, combining with the underground seepage mechanics and underground geology to analyze TEM data. Then we clarified the influence rule of the resistivity of groundwater, and emphatically analyzed the separability and separable conditions of marl and limestone in transient electromagnetic inversion section .
