The east wing track roadway of Quandian coal-540m is a typical fault structures with high stress soft rock. It’s easy to fall into a vicious cycle of repeating repair. Aimed at the overall poor stability of surrounding rock, we used secondary support technology to effectively inhibit the new laneway wall rock ionospheric and deformation.%泉店煤矿-540m东翼轨道大巷属于典型断层构造带高应力软岩巷道，围岩较为破碎，裂隙发育，应力集中程度较高。巷道易陷入“前掘后修”的恶性循环。针对初次锚网索喷支护方式整体支护强度偏低及整体稳定性较差的特点，通过采用二次支护技术进行围岩加固，有效地抑制了新掘进巷道围岩的离层及变形，取得了良好的支护效果。
