“对口支援”工作是贯彻国家西部大开发战略的重要举措，其旨在缩短东西部地区的高等教育差距，保持东西部地区的教育及经济社会的协调发展。本文以中国科学技术大学对口支援西南科技大学为例，总结了对口支援工作十年来的成效，并以此为基础，分析了目前对口支援工作中存在的一些问题，提出了相应的改进对策。%"Partner Assistance" is an important national western development policy, which aims to shorten the gap between eastern and western regions in higher education.In this paper,we summarized the effectiveness and efficiency of the policy practice,and put forward the improvement measures based on the corresponding problems.
