According to the basic principles of student’s cognitionve, combined with years of learning and working experience,we explored a learning approach . It iswhich was named the“three most learning method”. whichIt has a broad applicability for college students.It means learning the most truetruest knowledge,the best knowledge, learn and the most up-to-date knowledge.We studied discussed its background,connotation and method,in order to improve students’learning efficiency and effectiveness.%根据学生学习认知的基本原理，结合自己多年的实际学习、教学工作经历，探索出一种针对大学生的具有广泛适用性的学习方法，“三最学习法”。学习最真的知识，学习最好的知识，学习最新的知识。并对这种学习方法产生的背景、内涵、方法进行了研究总结，以期有利于学生提高学习效率和效果。
