竹缠绕复合压力管的研究与开发

         

摘要

在城镇化建设进程不断加快的背景下,管道需求量逐年增加。目前,我国生产传统管道(如水泥管、钢管、塑料管等)使用的原材料为不可再生资源,且生产加工过程存在高能耗、高污染问题,因此,研究开发具有低碳、环保、节能、资源可再生等优势的竹缠绕复合压力管以逐步取代部分传统压力管道对于城镇化发展具有重要的社会意义。竹缠绕复合压力管是一种以竹材作为增强材料、合成树脂作为黏接剂,采用往复式机械缠绕工艺复合而成的具有较强抗压能力的新型生物质管道。本文从原料、成型工艺、管体结构与功能等方面介绍了竹缠绕复合压力管的制备工艺,列举了竹缠绕复合压力管的主要性能,并讨论了竹缠绕复合压力管与传统压力管道在综合性能方面的异同。近年来竹缠绕复合压力管加工工艺和设备日趋成熟,已建立中试生产线;竹缠绕复合压力管在新疆、浙江、黑龙江进行中试应用,取得了良好效果;竹缠绕复合压力管大规模工业化生产线已在湖北襄阳正式投产。本文还从经济效益、生态效益与社会效益等方面对竹缠绕复合压力管的效益进行分析,并与传统压力管道对比讨论。同时,本文就竹缠绕复合压力管的开发与应用提出了存在的问题,对未来的发展方向提出建议:1)纤维原料的处理技术有待提高,性能优异的胶黏剂有待研制,高效率缠绕工艺、自动化缠绕设备有待研发;2)建议增加性能评估指标,摸索环向层积胶合界面表征技术,完善性能评价体系;3)为保证竹缠绕复合压力管产品质量,促进市场规范化,建议制定相关标准及规范。%As urbanization process speeds up,the demand for pipeline have been increased year by year. Nowadays, the raw material used for producing domestic traditional pipeline( cement duct,steel tube,plastic pipe,etc. ) have been non-renewable resource,and some issues concerning high energy consumption and pollution have been raised during the process of manufacture. Therefore,it would be of great social significance in the urbanization development if the bamboo fiber-reinforced filament-wound pressure pipe(BFP),which exhibits advantages in low carbon emission,environmental-friendly,energy saving and resource regeneration,has been exploited for replacing part of traditional pressure pipes. BFP is a kind of novel biomass pipelines with moderate compressive properties. For the manufacture of such pipeline,bamboo fibrous material acts as reinforcing material,while synthetic resin acts as adhesive. Besides,the reciprocating mechanical winding molding technology is adopted. In this paper,the manufacture process of BFP were introduced from the aspects of raw material,forming process,pipe’s structure and function,and its main performance was presented. In addition,the similarities and differences were analyzed towards overall performance between traditional pipeline and the novel biomass pipeline. The process and equipments for manufacturing BFP have been mature gradually in recent years,and pilot-scale product line has been established; BFP has been applied for pilot plant testing in Xinjiang,Zhejiang and Heilongjiang, and it has performed sound application effect; one large-scale industrialized production line has been in operation in Xiangyang,Hubei Province. The benefit analysis of BFP was also presented in terms of economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit,as well as the comparison with traditional pipeline. Finally,existing issues were raised towards the development and application of BFP, and future research directions were proposed as follows. The processing technology of fibrous raw material calls for improvement,and high-performance adhesive needs to be developed,as well as efficient winding technology and automatic winding equipments. It was suggested that the quantity of performance evaluation index be increased,and laminated conglutination ring-interface characterization techniques be explored,aiming at optimizing performance evaluation system. To ensure BFP ’s product quality and promote market standardization, relevant standards and specifications should be established.
