In order to explore the effects of different storage times on the seed vigor of Elymus nutans , this study analyzed the changes of the seed vigor of the Elymus nutans in the period from 0 to 5 years at room temperature.Based on the seed germination,TTC and conductivity methods,it is shown that the vigor of the grass seed decreases with the increase of storage time.Among them at room tempera-ture,the vigor of seeds stored 3 years had descended obviously,the seeds stored above 4 years had completely lost the vigor.There was the highest vigor when the seeds were stored in 1-2 years at the indoor temperature.The different levels of seed dormancy of E .nutans were revealed at the harvested year.At low temperature,the seed vigor of the Elymus nutans was maintained at a high level of vitali-ty.Additionally,there were various levels differences among the different materials on their vigor variations.Finally,the results of this study would provide important reference for the preservation and utilization of E .nutans germplasm.%为了探讨不同贮藏时间对垂穗披碱草种子活力的影响,分析了室温保存0~5年的垂穗披碱草种子活力的变化情况.基于发芽法、TTC法及电导率法等综合分析表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,垂穗披碱草种子活力呈现下降趋势.其中,在室温条件下,贮藏3年以上的种子的活力明显降低,4年以上的种子完全丧失了活力,1~2年的种子活力最高,收获当年的种子存在休眠现象.低温条件保存下的垂穗披碱草种子活力维持在较高的活力水平.不同供试材料间的活力变化存在不同程度的差异.
