60Co-γ 辐照种子对N a2S O 4盐胁迫下乌拉尔甘草幼苗生长和生理特性的影响

         

摘要

采用0(ck),100,200,300 Gy 4个梯度60 Co-γ辐照剂量对乌拉尔甘草种子进行辐照,用0(ck),80,160,240,320,400 mmol/L 6个梯度Na2 SO4盐溶液对乌拉尔甘草幼苗生长阶段进行盐胁迫处理.通过对幼苗株高、生物量、根系形态学参数(总根长、表面积以及体积)等植物生长指标和丙二醛、脯氨酸含量以及超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性等生理生化指标的测定,探查60 Co-γ辐照对Na2 SO4盐胁迫下乌拉尔甘草幼苗生长和生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,在中低浓度Na2 SO4胁迫下,乌拉尔甘草的株高、生物量和根长呈不同程度的增加;整个盐胁迫过程中,丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量呈逐渐上升的趋势,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶呈先上升后下降的趋势;100 Gy剂量的60 Co-γ辐照可以显著提高乌拉尔甘草幼苗在80,160,240,320,400 mmol/L等5个Na2 SO4浓度梯度盐溶液中的耐盐性,使其地上和地下生物量显著提高.%In this study ,used 60Co-γradiation of different doses (0 ,100 ,200 ,300 Gy) to deal with Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds ,and the seedling were respectively treated by different concentrations of 0 ,80 ,160 ,240 ,320 , 400 mmol/L Na2 SO4 .Through measured the plant's growth dynamics indexes (seedling plant height /bio-mass and root morphological parameters )and the physiological and biochemical indexes (MDA and Pro con-tent、SOD and POD activities) ,to explore the influence of 60Co-γradiation to Glycyrrhiza seedlings growth、physiological and biochemical indexes which is under salt stress .The main result showed that Glycyrrhiza uralensis seedling plant height、biomass and root length presented the different degrees of increase ,which un-der the medium to low concentration Na2 SO4 conditions .In the whole process of salt stress ,MDA and Pro presented a rising trend ,while the SOD and POD showed a trend of falling after rising first 1.00 Gy 60 Co-γradiation can improve the Glycyrrhiza seedlings salinity tolerance significantly that under the concentrations of 80 ,160 ,240 ,320 mmol/L and 400 mmol/L Na2 SO4 ,it can makes the ground and underground part biomass increased significantly .
