利用SSR标记对大白菜新品种油绿3号及其父母本进行纯度鉴定,结果表明:选取的47对芸薹属SSR引物中,有2对引物表现稳定的共显性,杂交后代表现为父母本互补的带型,特异性强,可用于杂交种纯度鉴定.纯度鉴定结果为97.3%,与田间鉴定结果非常接近,可用于该品种纯度检测.%In this study, using the SSR technique, a Chinese cabbage cultivar Youltl No. 3 and its parents were identified. The results indicated that two primer pairs out of 47 SSR primers had stable codominant, and the bands of hybrid were complement types of their parents, Which were adapted to examine the purity of hybrid seeds. Using these two primer pairs,50 seedings of Youlii No. 3 were examined,and the purity was 97. 3% , which was approximate to their field purity. Therefore, the SSR technique could apply to rapidly identify the seed purity of YouluNo. 3 hybrids.
