According to the roof conditions of 3-1 seam in Liangshuijing Coal Mine, by adjusting supporting parameters, the support material and cost was reduced.By optimizing roadway tunneling process technology, the operating time and labor in-tensity was reduced, the tunneling efficiency was improved and the maximum productivity was ensured in the condition of safety production.%根据凉水井煤矿3－1煤顶板条件，顶板变化情况，动态调整支护参数，避免了不必要的支护消耗，降低了支护材料成本；并通过对掘进支护施工工艺的优化，减少了支护作业时间和工人劳动强度，提高了单进水平，在保证安全生产的条件下，实现了矿井经济效益最大化的目的。
