According to the roof conditions of 3-1 seam in Liangshuijing Coal Mine, by adjusting supporting parameters, the support material and cost was reduced.By optimizing roadway tunneling process technology, the operating time and labor in-tensity was reduced, the tunneling efficiency was improved and the maximum productivity was ensured in the condition of safety production.%根据凉水井煤矿3-1煤顶板条件,顶板变化情况,动态调整支护参数,避免了不必要的支护消耗,降低了支护材料成本;并通过对掘进支护施工工艺的优化,减少了支护作业时间和工人劳动强度,提高了单进水平,在保证安全生产的条件下,实现了矿井经济效益最大化的目的。
