For improving the recovery rate of coal resources and protecting mine environment , the filling key technology of goaf was tested in №10203 mining face and good effect was achieved .The research has a certain demonstration effect in the aspect of efficient filling mining and ground subsidence control .%介绍了高阳煤矿为提高煤炭资源的回收率、保护矿区环境，选取10203工作面进行采空区充填关键技术的试验，取得了一定的效果，在煤炭高效充填开采以及矿区地面沉陷控制方面探索出一套成功的示范模式。
